We are a team of three occupational therapists dedicated to providing high-quality services for individuals in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, especially for Home Care Package holders. Our goal is to help people live independently and comfortably in their homes by offering personalised therapy to meet each individual’s needs.

We aim to empower people to live safely and independently at home. Focusing on improving daily function, offering personalised interventions, and enhancing well-being. We work closely with families, caregivers, case managers, care partners and other healthcare professionals to ensure we meet the needs of our clients.
